Quick, convenient, reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly: Logistics Services builds on these characteristics for our customers. Our core business includes courier, express and parcel logistics, as well as letters and services over the last mile. We are also professional and committed partners for services in the media and advertising market, for comprehensive goods logistics and for industry solutions and logistics platforms. In addition, we take responsibility and focus on sustainability. We have the largest electric vehicle fleet in Switzerland and will implement carbon-neutral delivery for all letters and parcels throughout Switzerland by 2030.
How you make a difference
During your 18 month placement, you work on multifaceted strategic projects in various business units of Logistic Services, gain practical experience and take responsibility. You gain insights into business processes and shape the future of Swiss Post. Projects are chosen according to business priorities and your own strengths in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. You work on projects in a duo-model – together with an experienced team member. A practice-oriented training programme with workshops and training courses on topics such as logistics, finances and consulting awaits you.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering or a similar field, which you completed no more than 24 months ago.
Ideally, you have already gained initial work experience in internships or part-time jobs.
You have excellent English skills as well as good knowledge of German.
You have an analytical mind, are familiar with the basics of project management and can absorb a lot of information quickly.
You are able to deliver high-quality work in limited time and with few resources.
You take lots of initiative and enjoy having responsibility.
Flexibility and willingness to travel are second nature for you.
We deliberately forgo the traditional cover letter. We much prefer to read a few sentences about your motivation in the form of a quick question, which appears as the final step in the application portal when submitting your application. It is therefore sufficient to submit your CV along with your (work) references.
