Customer Service Specialist - Riri Zippers
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch
- Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests
- Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies
- Daily contact with the production department concerning the production and delivery timeline information
- Daily contact with the R&D department concerning the Product Customization
- Daily contact with the Quality department concerning damaged goods claims
- Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department
Your Profile:
- Commercial education
- 5 years’ experience in customer service within an international company is highly recommended
- Experience in the Fashion/Luxury Customer service dpt. is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientated personality
- Fluent in both French and English is mandatory
- German knowledge is considered a plus
- Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is preferred
