Duties & Responsibilities

Utilizzare impianti automatici e attrezzature galvaniche per garantire la massima qualità del prodotto
Monitorare costantemente il processo di produzione e risolvere eventuali problemi
Mantenere un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e pulito
Conoscere bene le istruzioni, le procedure operative in materia HSE e le norme di sicurezza di pertinenza del proprio reparto
Avere una conoscenza approfondita dei rischi, legati ai macchinari, e della documentazione rilevante (Schede Macchina)
Conoscere e consultare regolarmente le istruzioni di lavoro (IL) e le procedure per l’utilizzo delle postazioni

Output & Key Result Areas

Identificazione dei problemi: riconoscere segni e sintomi di anomalie nelle attrezzature e nei macchinari
Analisi preliminare: utilizzare strumenti e metodologie di diagnosi di base (check-list/manuali di troubleshooting) per prima analisi cause

Interface, Collaboration, Stakeholders

Collaborare con il team per raggiungere gli obiettivi di produzione
Partecipare ai controlli qualità e segnalare guasti o necessità di manutenzione

Required education, experience, knowledge

Diploma in chimica o cultura equivalente
Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
Patentino del muletto e altre certificazioni tecniche rappresentano un plus
Preferibile precedente formazione sicurezza e primo soccorso
