How you make a difference

  • In this exciting role, you will plan and manage customer-centred new and further development of the Swiss Post portal (www.post.ch) based on data and will be responsible for the operationalization of the strategy, including budget and requirements management.
  • Together with the agile team, you will develop the channel vision, annual planning and roadmap and harmonise these with the overarching strategy. 
  • Together with your agile team, you will also be responsible for the operation of the Swiss Post portal, including quality assurance and feedback loops from customer support.
  • You will maintain regular dialogue with channel management, lead the agile team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on development and operations.
  • You will coordinate professional release management, including enabling the field organisation to communicate with customers.
  • As the contact person for technical and operational enquiries, you will monitor and recognise trends, best practices and innovations in the area of digital channels and incorporate these into the further development of the Swiss Post portal.

What you have to offer

  • You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent qualification. 
  • You have many years of experience in the development and operation of digital channels and products and have acquired expertise in agile methods.
  • You consistently enforce quality standards, take on customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • You are a flexible team player with an agile mindset who reacts calmly to change and maintains an overview even in hectic situations.
  • Thanks to your strong presentation and communication skills as well as your social skills, you have a convincing manner.
  • You can quickly identify issues, define logical steps and develop targeted solutions.
  • You have an excellent spoken and written command of German and English.
