Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I enjoy working with my colleagues. Work content, customers and HR are great.
I get to learn a lot and have responsibilities for my experience level and recognition for the work I do from my manager.

I get all the required resources and tools, the support from my team members and management and can get the work done. The client is appreciative of its association to my company and work content is good.
When things are not going too well - e.g. a project gets delayed, life is still not very stressful and everyone comes together to do their bit to achieve the goal.
