The management is attentive, always ready to listen and really cares about the employees. This is something I've almost never seen before or not to that degree and it's wonderful.

Sometimes in making strict rules. It's difficult cause the atmosphere is so great but it's important for a growing company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The management is currently really trying to improve the culture and the vision for the company is now very clear. I'd say keep going in that direction ! I feel like the company is now truly on the right path.

Depending on the job it's very long hours. It's very varied which is a plus but keeping activities outside of work is sometimes a bit tricky.

It really depends a little bit on the job you have within the company but the experience is extremely varied and you learn a lot.
