This employer has received some negative feedback here in the past. I personally think it is unjustified. The employer is a small company that operates in a highly dynamic and competitive business environment. This naturally leads to some frustration (staff turnover) which should be separated from the actual experience at this employer. My experience was that I worked for competent, energetic and open-minded professionals and that the working environment was witty, collegial and fair.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
As previous feedback indicated, the company needs to find a better formula in dealing with those staff members who did not have as much luck as others at this job.
