Women are kept small as Coordinators or Juniors -although doing the same job, having the same responsibility.
If in a rare case a woman is promoted, she gets a ridiculous salary increase, hardly covering the rate of inflation. There is no real development plan for personell in this company.
All the company cars on the parking lot belong to men. I do not know a single woman who gets a company car.
In all the sales meetings or other similar Meetings men are speakers, women are only on stage if they have to present as a model the new collection.
