I really like the atmosphere in the office and I really like the fact that you have a lot of responsibilities. You are really "owning" your own stuf and being free in doing it your own way.

There is always room for improvement, but since I joined last summer we have been continuously growing and improving along the way. However I believe we can still improve in different factors, such as HR, and efficiency.
