Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I have been working for Abstrct for 29 years leading the marketing efforts and I must say that this company really makes a difference. Abstract helped me kickstart my career and served as my stepping stone into the marketing world. Without Abstrct it would probably take me 50 years to build a career but there took me only 29!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The only, minor, problem that never really explained to me what my job exactly was so that I never really received any actual tasks to do, but on the other hand the salary was pretty good and the management are really busy so I didn't want to disturb them with questions
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Maybe informing the employee within the first 5 years of the actual job description would be cool, but its not that important. Worked pretty well for me
