Terrible. Each department does whatever, without caring if the other ones are aligned. The strategy is just a reference paper.

Not good. Its a one-way channel the few times the regular employees are informed about something.

I have nice colleagues but it wont improve. Even less now given the last incompetent hire they've made. Basically they brought tje incompetency which made a fintech startup jn Hamburg go bankrupt.

Founders are never good leaders. I understand a startup needs to hire cheap people, thats why you see lots of incompetence around and third world country employees. When a company says they are 'international' means they dont want to pay for germans. But Ada is no startup anymore. And yet they are recycling people from failed startups, people who made other companies in the Fintech space go bankrupt to manage the HR department.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I know only one. Basically they are the recycled people who failed miserably and broke other Fintech startup from Hamburg leaving 150 persons unemployed. Now they are here.
