Good place to work, transitioning from startup to corp
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The mission is great, technical challenges are interesting, Ada is trying very hard to get better
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Unclear business goal, changing goals
Verbesserungsvorschläge
More ambitious, clearer business goals, less distractions
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Good managers, nice atmosphere, at times a bit too cuddly.
Kommunikation
Regular communication about the state of the company and my performance, plenty of feedback.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Friendly and professional. Sometimes a bit distrustful, honest feedback only anonymous or via a third person.
Work-Life-Balance
Great vacation days, a lot of effort to create a manageable work load and support for my family needs. Flexible hours.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
So far, my managers were all great. If anything, the goals I have received were too unambitious.
Interessante Aufgaben
Ada is in a very interesting situation, transitioning from a startup and startup-culture to a larger corporation. A lot of interesting work is available to pick up. Sometimes, the expectation is to drive those changes and tasks yourself.
Gleichberechtigung
Hard to judge as a white man. I have not observed anything concerning.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I guess I am the older co-worker, people are nice to me.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good hardware, great desks and chairs, full time working from home possible.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No data on environmental aspects. Social aspects are even part of the product. The product is designed and translated to be used in countries with a suboptimal medical system.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good salaries, given the workload very adequate. Several benefits available (pension fund etc)
Image
I got the feeling that people are complaining more than necessary. Could be a German thing though.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
From what I have seen, trainings are offered and paid for. Have seen several developers getting the GCP training for example.
