If you are lucky and do not get micromanaged than its pretty nice!
but bare in mind there is no culture!
Kommunikation
There Is NONE! and if there is, its broken. there is basically no cross team clear Communication!!
if something goes wrong its never someones (own) fault. No clear structure behind decision making (looks like Company interest is based on the Top Investor - even if that is the worst path possible)
Communication between Managers and workers is fine to say at best
a lot of thing are kept away from an employee (from managers and team members all together!!)
a Lot of context switching and no clarification!

its actually 4 stars if the fact, that the company FORCES Co workers to hide IMPORTANT INFORMATION away from only certain Employees, is not taken into account
Work-Life-Balance
Was gud but is now extremely bad for certain team - also splitting up a team and forcing only one half into the Office is a VERY nice culture!

Feel like either the leadership team and (flat hierarchies) your supervisor are ignoring the Problems in the present. They give you a feeling of caring for you requests and Problems!

Well i think its quite frankly declining. Don't get me wrong here. the Idea is fantastic. But the decision making and people are not so fantastic.
