Here you can really get to know everyone. The environment feels close-knit and supportive. It’s a great place to learn and grow, especially if you like working in a small team and having direct access to decision-makers.

Unfortunately, only limited opportunities for growth and development. The resources and support for employees are also not as strong as in larger companies. It's a good place for learning, but the size limits career progression.

The company is not yet ready for industrial customers, but has potential. It could benefit from expanding and partially replaxing its team and building stronger connections with the industry. More support for employees in terms of professional development and resources would help the company grow and compete with larger firms.

AIM Systems is a small company with big ambitions, working hard to grow. However they technological and financial facing big pressure in the market. While there is a strong focus on customer service, at times promises are made that can be challenging to deliver with the current resources. However, the team is dedicated and constantly looking for ways to improve and meet customer expectations.
