It looks pretty good at a first glance, but you can easily tell that there are many small conflicts within the company. The working atmosphere is therefore very bad. Unfortunately, you don't feel comfortable during work.

The individual departments communicate very well with each other.

The cohesion of colleagues was very strong. However, there are not so many colleagues left in the company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management partly makes decisions which I personally do not think are right.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks were often very interesting and challenging. I could learn a lot.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Die technische Ausrüstung ist nicht Zeitgemäß. Der Großteil der verbliebenen Mitarbeiter arbeitet mit veralteten Laptops.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Apart from the salary, there are no other benefits.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There have been attempts to train employees. Unfortunately this project was not actively supported.
