The company started with a promising business model and high ambitions. On a personal level, there a very nice people.

C-level managers should be more honest with themselves and the company. There is a tendency to avoid honest and open discussions.
The management has gotten involved in too many tasks, which actually should be deligated. It seems that there is a fear of handing over ownership.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A lot of smart and young people. On an individual level are the most great people. They love to have fun and throw good parties. However, it developed to be less fun. People prefer to stay home as the atmosphere at the office becomes kind of toxic.
Kommunikation
Even the management is proud of their open communication, it is clear that they just share information that is in favor of the company.
Everything is always very positive, even if it is not. The management doesn't seem to be honest to themselves and neither to the employees. There has been an initiative to introduce company values. Unfortunately, the management didn't live up to them from the beginning. Later joined managers ignored the values directly.
Critique is not welcomed and it seemed that one is doing better just to go with the flow.
No honest desire to change for the better!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depending on the role and the personal relationship, people support each other. However, the workload has been often too intense to collaborate. Priorities of each project just overtook others, and former projects just got pushed away.
If you like to build allies and stick out your elbows, might be your gig!

In general, there has been a lot of freedom. Although, there has been a tendency to stick around the office and spend time. It seemed that some colleagues had the urge to show presence even though they didn't actively work.

Management seems to have their favorites and they show more attention and support.
As more 'mature' managers joined the company, it became worse. People got yelled at at meetings or just ignored. You can decide for yourself what you prefer.

Depending on your role, there are interesting tasks. The management is too hesitant to be experimental.
