Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleguial working atmosphere where freedom of speech is not guaranteed. Minorities are to be respected and thought of above everything else. You must be super careful to not say something, that the upper, morally weak management, thinks of being inappropriate, which is basically anything that offends their political agenda of "inclusivity". People suffer from that, and they know it. But the rules cannot be broken, or you are out.
Kommunikation
Non-transparent communication. Upper management has long forgotten the people of its company, dresses the value system of their company with a sustainable faccade of inclusion, and proceeds to indulge in wine (their office is literally, full of wine boxes) and look for investors. Profit overall, people second.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are some sweet souls within the company that deserve better. They are the real MVP.
Work-Life-Balance
Work frmo 9 to 6. Plus if you have to come from far away, you have to consider travel costs. Forget about doing much more aside from work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Bad. It really depends on your manager. But they are generally unexperienced, young individuals with much more to learn about life.

The tasks were OK, you are entertained for the rest of the day.
Gleichberechtigung
As said, inclusion policies mean exclusion. As soon as you put social rules into play, the natural interplay between the ethnicities, minorities and peoples is disturbed. Including these social rules or "values" really just signifies: "it is not OK how the world works naturally, we have to intervene because people are naturally racist", which goes against human morale & strength: we have indeed unconscious biases towards racism, it is naturally determined by our biology. We have yet to be strong and overcome them in search of our best self: the totality of all of us. The very fact that these "post-modern, neo-marxist" values are supported is exactly because, management believes people are weak, and uncapable of holding themselves accountable. Haven't we yet learned from the communist experience in the Soviet Union?? Read the gulag archipelago.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As said, there are some sweet, humane souls in there that deserve the best.

It is OK. The associates are exploited.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
As said, cero concience over human welfare or the environment. They support a "plant one tree for every call" they make, but in reality that's the only "greenwashing" policy put into place. Why doesn't management go and plant the trees themselves? Too busy drinking wine, mate?
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The payments could be a lot better, but it is in standard lines for a firm that size.

If you work in sales, the changes in titles are really just, redundant. It won't get you much further into your career. Try to use Atheneum as a jumping platform, to something higher, better.
