Software Developer
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I am new to the company, but the vibe is especially good so far. I was invited to the Copenhagen offices almost at once to meet the rest of the team. The team in general consists of young people which do provide a very appealing atmosphere to the work day.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As a developer, the current office in Berlin is a bit small, especially if there are more people to join. The Internet connection could be better.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Honestly, at the moment - nothing really.
Kommunikation
Most of it is done via Hangouts which recently improved after getting better camera equipment. Communication via Slack and Jira also works easy and fast. company languages include German, Danish and English - whereas English is being used most of the time
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I am here two weeks officially - but it already feels as if I was here forever.
Work-Life-Balance
Can't complain so far. Home office is an option as long as you manage to be available.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Can't complain - I have been through a lot of companies over the years and have honestly not experienced a more understanding and competent management
Interessante Aufgaben
Well, for a developer, most of the stuff is maintance, which is not _super_ interesting at first, but you gotta love the chaos friday concept, where there is a bit of freely usable time to build something good for the benefit of the company
Arbeitsbedingungen
I almost broke into tears when they told me to go home at 5. Honestly, time is freely spendable, there are some chekpoints over the day, but most of your time can be spent freely on current issues and the sprint
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good benefits and wages!
Image
Autobutler is a brand known in several countries and the service and quality image which is proclaimed seems to tickle down even to the last employee.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It really feels like one can achieve something, I have no idea whether or not there are "official" options for education, but this does seem unneeded at the moment
