Beyond being friendly and appreciative, the colleagues were always ready to lend a hand. The support everyone gave each other was remarkable. Whether you’re facing a personal challenge or a professional hurdle, there’s always someone ready to offer advice, guidance, or simply listen. This spirit of mutual support helped me grow both personally and professionally, creating an environment where we can thrive.

Kommunikation

There was was open and honest communication. Everyone speaks candidly, fostering an atmosphere of trust and transparency. We value direct conversations that encourage us to push ourselves and achieve our best work. Whether it's constructive feedback or words of encouragement, all colleagues were always there to lift each other up and inspire success.

While each of us were entrusted with individual projects that allowed us to take ownership and showcase our skills, we also frequently worked in small, collaborative teams. This dynamic created a flexible work environment where we could excel independently while still benefiting from the collective strength of our colleagues.

While we had designated times when we need to be available via call, everyone enjoyed the flexibility to manage their own schedules. This means that personal meetings, errands, and professional projects can all be accommodated during the day without feeling tied to a rigid timetable.

Given that many of us travel frequently for work, flexible hours were a key benefit. We had the freedom to adjust our schedules to suit our needs, ensuring that we can stay productive while also managing personal responsibilities.

We had team leads to provide guidance and direction, the relationships between all team members are grounded in mutual respect and kindness. There’s no rigid sense of hierarchy; instead, everyone, regardless of their role, is treated as an equal contributor to the success of the company.

Interessante Aufgaben

We had coffee / cake regular meetings. These gatherings give us the chance to openly discuss professional challenges, seek advice, and brainstorm solutions. It's a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and getting the help they need, all while enjoying good company.

Some mondays were particularly special, as we often start the week by having breakfast together. This gave us a chance to catch up on weekly agendas, vacation stories, world news, share personal stories, and discuss interesting topics that go beyond work.

In every aspect of the work, everyone had a voice and an equal opportunity to contribute. All colleagues had different ehtnicities, age, and educational backgorund. Everyone was welcomed to share their thoughts, opinions, and work responsibilities.
