30/70 = Great collegues, but also a lot of people who report you for unnecessary things. Work atmosphere created by the leaders out of fear instead of motivation.

Depending on the project. 30% worked 50-60h overtime and 70% worked 40h or even less.

As a manager you would have a good life. As soon you are below, people get treated very bad I think. However, the hierarchy looked pretty weird, bc one person decides everything.

People can only develop themselfs based on how they are liked by the managers, not based on skill.

The older you are, the more responsibilty you get.

The Equipment and Office was pretty solid, since it is the SAP Partner Port. New Laptops with touch-display and monitors.

People always needed to travel with puplic transport to customers, which is similiar to most of the companies.

The salary was actually good, but since I worked there it always came too late....
Sometimes 2-3 months. I know people who still work there and didnt get any salary over several months. The responsible employees for the salaries, lied into your face while knowing the company has no financial backup.
In our modern society we live in, and with the rising inflation, this is not acceptable. Transparency > struggling with rent, groceries, etc..

On the other hand, due to a failed leadership internally, partners more and more will realize with whom they want to do business with.

Unskilled mentors, which unfortunately leads to less development for employees.
