As student the office situation is not optimal (equipment etc.), however you are very flexible to choose to work at home or anywhere else
Working groups with very good technical knowledge are always helping, a good coffee is always there.
Working atmosphere as good as it should be. You are assigned a Desk where you are provided with every thing that you are going to use for the task you given.

salary is satisfactory for me, i am a student worker i do not know if there are any.
Colleagues are helping in all manners.Does not matter if any one is a researcher having a busy schedule even though i always get help from having discussion, they are good asset to BIBA.
I see 45+ serving colleagues with very good technical knowledge they are always considered valued and supported.
behaviour does not change even in conflicted situations, very calm, superior always ready to discuss conflicted points very friendly.
In House BIBA working conditions are pretty much good actually, Kitchen with all the appliances that can any one use, Computers are in good condition, mostly they are new.

Yes, every one have equality, I can not speak good german, doing a student Job and i am considered a part of BIBA treated as full time employe.
working tasks are very interesting and optimised for the industrial standards. Workload is equally shared within the working group. i feel myself very challenging tasks, it is good opportunity for me to learn new things, and i did really good. Till now i have worked with two patent projects and i feel proud to work with BIBA.
Flex. Arbeitszeit. Würde mir noch was anderes einfallen wäre ich auch geblieben.
Keine Privatsphäre. (Keine Einzelbüros vorhanden).
Schlechte Kommunikation.
Zum Teil veraltete Software.
Gemeinsam genutzte Computer werden komplett von dem Admin kontrolliert.
Für die Installation kleinster Programme wie Firefox muss man bereits den Admin fragen. So etwas geht leider überhaupt nicht. Als ob ich es nicht umgehen könnte wenn ich es wollte.
Geeignen für BWLer/Logistiker.
Langweilig für Informatiker.
