The employee is very appreciated at Bit. They will be recognized for their hard work. The team events and parties are always a great experience, there is no limit to how much the company will spend to make these events an amazing evening for everyone. They will invest in people also and help them in any way they can when they are moving due to work.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There still is a gap between the Management and the employees, there won't be much interaction between the higher levels and some employees as much as there is between management the the team's directors.
