Home is the employer that has been particularly memorable to me. I have always felt part of a family that was controlled by an outstanding drive to win. The managers always made me feel a part of the big picture, with meetings & feedback loops being very professional and helpful. Above all, I was inspired by the integrity of individual colleagues. Here I learned what influence this has on the corporate climate and my own motivation. I have developed a passion for my job, which has motivated me to develop further - for this I thank Home!
