Arbeitsatmosphäre

Everybody is very friendly, helpful, and engaged. Leaders take time to make decisions and make sure everybody understand them. Great team events to bind the team. Feedback is always welcome and action is taken very fast. Good work is praised.

Kommunikation

The company uses OKRs quartely to communicate the objectives and goals to the entire team. Everybody can participate in the construction of the OKRs with inputs and ideas. OKRs are reviewed and planned accordingly and after there is a retrospective to understand what went well and what is possible to improve. The communication is very direct, and questions can always be made. Information is accessible by everybody.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Very kind, interesting, and smart people. It is great to work in a team where you admire everybody and everybody is doing their best.

Work-Life-Balance

It is real. No BS. The leaders take vacations and days off seriously. No burocracy or blocks. Amazing how it works well at Chatchamp.

Very horizontal hierarchy with very competent leaders. The leaders are great people. They are always open to listen to feedback and to take action when needed. They appreciate inputs and ideas. Goals are realistics and clear.

Interessante Aufgaben

There is a lot of freedom to decide what to work at. Initiatives to help improve something is welcome and incentivized. There is always something interesting to work at because the product in itself is very interesting.

Salary is according to the european market, good amount of days off and flexible working hours.

There is knowledge sharing among team members, leaders incentivize learning, and the company finance courses and books that they believe can help the employees grow. The leaders also have one-on-ones with their reports to help with career growth.
