Dear colleague,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. It is very unfortunate to read that your expectations are not being fully met. However, it is important for us to understand what exactly we can improve. Therefore, we would like to discuss your suggestions with you in detail.

We are constantly working on creating optimal working conditions and internal processes to support our employees in the best possible way. For instance, we systematically conduct bi-weekly satisfaction surveys on different topics (e.g. on working conditions, leadership, recognition). This way, each employee can address relevant topics, constructive feedback or ideas openly or anonymously. We appreciate any kind of suggestion or feedback and are happy to implement proposals.

Our values (Vision-Driven Orientation, Collaboration, Responsibility, Personal Development, Multi-Perspectivity) are at the core of our organization. They sustainably shape our culture and are reflected in our leadership behaviour.

In terms of leadership the following aspects are also essential to us:
an agile mindset, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, trust and freedom to work autonomously with an adequate scope for action and decision-making, continuous learning and knowledge sharing, clear communication and transparency.

We are constantly learning and developing as a company. Therefore, we are happy to receive your constructive input.

Both professional and personal development of our employees is extremely important to us and is reflected in one of our core values. We are continually striving to optimize our processes and options to enable, develop and support our employees on their path. Currently, for example, we are implementing a competency model linked to a systematic appraisal interview process.
