Since the beginning of my job at Claranet I always liked how between colleagues (even from different teams) there is a very friendly atmosphere. Whether for a coffee together or asking for help, I always find someone there for me. There are fortunately very few people that don't fit into this description.
Work-Life-Balance
Really great! It's no problem to work from home 2 or 3 days a week and working hours are very normal. I also see parents of young children being able to leave earlier from work to pick them up without any problem
Arbeitsbedingungen
The equipment is fine, you can choose between Windows and Mac, we have good monitors and new iphones. The office is unfortunately not great, a bit noisy and not very sunny, but they tried to improve the situation with high quality lamps and acoustically isolated meeting rooms.
Also there are air purifiers and CO2 sensors
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They could improve here a little bit, but I think salaries are more or less in the average
