First, we want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

We appreciate your feedback and we are very glad that you value our international team, the strong colleague cohesion and the possibility to work remotely.

That being said, we would like to respond to some of the points you mentioned.

As every company in Germany is obligated to support company pension plans, this is also the case at Clariness. We do understand that we should be better when it comes to the promotion. Please get in touch in case of questions.

In addition to our 28 vacation days, Clariness likes to invest in the development of its employees. For this purpose, a personal development budget is made available, which each employee can use as desired in consultation with your manager. You are right that we don't have a fruit basket or job ticket – our focus is and will be on offering opportunities of growth instead.

Part of our culture is an open and regular feedback, which is intended to help identify strengths and weaknesses, promote those or work on them. In this way, we want to strengthen both, our employees and also the managers, and give every team member the opportunity to grow in their area and have interesting and challenging tasks.
