We´d like to thank you for your feedback. Still, we find the rating a bit disappointing since we started a lot of initiatives in regards to roles, personal development and Clariness` sustainability. Regarding home office, the unpredictability of the situation makes it difficult to estimate exactly when and for how long a company's own home office concept can be introduced. Nevertheless, it has also been clear for some time that there will be a hybrid model.
We also always encourage our employees to contribute their ideas to shape our organisation. Especially, if something does not meet their expectations, we are always open to feedback so that Clariness can become an even better workplace. It would be nice to know more about the other rating points as well, so we know the reasons for the low score.
