Know this: When you take a job at Cluno, you're on the hot seat for six months.
If you start at Cluno, you should never rely on an excellent performance being enough to pass the probation period. HR decisions are taken randomly. Humanity plays no role.
Employees who six months ago were still considered important are suddenly regarded as redundant and mercilessly thrown out of the door, despite excellent performance and great teamfit. In most cases, word of such decisions spreads throughout the company before the colleague concerned learns of them.

Sustainable, fair decisions and transparent communication motivate and inspire employees. There is enormous potential in the teams at Cluno.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
When I started at Cluno, the motivation in all teams was high. It was fun to go to work. Unfortunately that hasn't been the case for some time now. The mood among many employees is down and the atmosphere is not what it used to be for a long time. Absolute arbitrariness of the management level and hard, unjust decisions demoralize employees and slow down productivity and creativity.
Kommunikation
Very improvable. There is a weekly stand-up and weekly team meetings. In the stand-up you mostly praise yourself, make big speeches and pat each other on the back. Critical topics are often presented with an almost grotesque lightheartedness. Decisions are incomprehensible and are often perceived as arbitrariness from above.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team spirit among colleagues and teams is great. Probably because many suffer under the given conditions and at least want to support each other. You help each other and always have an open ear for the concerns of others. Like everywhere, there are single players. But with Cluno clearly in the minority.
Work-Life-Balance
Once you are demotivated and no longer take the job so seriously, the work-life balance improves enormously. Many employees can also be reached at the weekend, but working hours are generally okay.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is difficult to ascribe any kind of "behaviour" to direct superiors, because everything is dictated from the very top. Micro-management is very important at Cluno. Superiors ideally try to fill random decisions of the founders with meaning. In many cases, however, they also distance themselves from "above".
Interessante Aufgaben
If you remain reasonably motivated in all this, you theoretically have many opportunities to create your own interesting field of work.

Salary discussions were always exhausting, promises were not kept and the ubiquitous despotism of the management team also comes into play here.

Image of employer brand now completely destroyed. I wouldn't recommend Cluno to anyone and I don't know anyone who would.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No professional development opportunities. Requests for this are met with an interesting mixture of indignation and arrogance.
"Career" yes, if it fits into the strategy of the leadership. Title adjustments and salary adjustments do not belong together. At Cluno you will find extremely inflated structures with many head ofs, some with not enough professional experience, various teamleads without team.
