super bad, too many colleagues are leaving right now

Almost no real or truthful communication. Most of it is just promises or wishes, never coming from the heart and always opportunistic

was good but getting pretty bad

home office keeps the balance at least for me - 20% work and 80% spare time - but not what I signed up for - felt like a dead end to me
