The only objective of the company is to generate money and they are proud of that. Want all the things quick and dirty with the only goal of generate more money.

The thoughts of the employees do not matter, most of the time the estimations aren't consulted with the workers

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Most colleagues are good people but they lack an open mind, some of them need special care.

Work-Life-Balance

Give many benefits for gyms and sports but at the same time they generate a constant stress environment.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

They manipulate and take advantage of people, sometimes they seem to change their attitude but it is very difficult to differentiate.
In fact it is for sure that they write comments in kununu to distort the image of the company, but it is easy to discover the cheat, you just have to look for the almost perfect comments.

Interessante Aufgaben

They have the capacity of very interesting topics but they are left out because they don't generate money. Instead there is a lot of test to run, if you like this, you will be ok.

Gleichberechtigung

There is only 10% of women in the firm so I think there is no equality

They recruit older people but there are no possibilities to grow, it is a supposedly horizontal company.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Computers are old, offices are fine, the laboratory is very noisy and in summer it is excessively hot.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company is very concerned about the environment but not about fair trade

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are very low for the area and the current market.
They always paid on time.
The "benefits" they supposedly give are deducted from the employee's salary.

The external image is not consistent with reality, employees do not comment on these issues, they fear for their positions.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is no possibility of personal growth, sometimes there are courses but they are a waste of time.

Hallo lieber ehemaliger Kollege oder liebe ehemalige Kollegin, vielen Dank für Dein Meinungsbild. Schade, dass Du Deine Zeit bei uns in schlechter Erinnerung hast.
Wir hätten uns gefreut, noch während Deiner Zeit bei uns Feedback zu erhalten. Da wir die einzelnen Punkte nicht in einem direkten Gespräch mit Dir vertiefen konnten, haben wir weiteres Feedback durch eine interne anonyme Umfrage eingeholt. Die Feedbackpunkte unserer Umfrage gehen wir nun zusammen mit unseren Kollegen an.
Über die große Beteiligung waren wir sehr erfreut und wir werden solche Befragungen zusätzlich zu unseren anderen Feedbackmöglichkeiten (Feedbackrunde, Audits, Personalgespräche, Verbesserungswesen) etablieren. Das Ergebnis war durchweg positiv (4,3 von 5) und passt nicht mit Deinem Meinungsbild überein. Gerne kannst Du jederzeit für ein Gespräch auf uns zukommen.
