home office option, also from abroad. remote onboarding and offboarding is something that the company got into their blood already. apparently it has been excercised on a regular basis.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
one should divide what the say at the job interview by two.If they get rid of people, they do not write "we are restructuring" in the Arbeitszeugnis. They put the blame on the person, any small excuse is good, e.g. it was because the person put wrong people on cc or did not update confluence page. Some witch-hunting happens like "who erased that record in the db?". With bosses you can have more or less luck. There are some bosses over 40 who still have apparently not achieved enough, as they do not empower you to achieve much yourself. It is better to keep quiet and let them shine instead. please note that the score could be lower, but company keeps asking kununu to remove negative reviews due to some wording and many reviews that are positivie are actually coming from management when they are recruiting people "because it is good for investors to see there are many employees on social media". Beware that 2 months later they can change their recruitment strategy. If you are employed and someone shouts at you cause you did something, just ask yourself what it says about this person. Maybe s/he is just afraid of losing their job or position?

too many people got lost on the way. otherwise everyone is nice and friendly, with very few exceptions that spit fire when they speak. once you know the exceptions, you do not take it personally.

you do not know from which direction .. will hit the fan. otherwise everyone is very nice and politically correct and if you are hit by... they tell you it is not ... it is you.

to spread some gossip: the founder is told to be famous for changing his mind and strategy as frequently as he changes his underwear. this is what is refererred to as "start-up atmosphere".
Interessante Aufgaben
once you are strategically employed, they do not know what to do with you, so you do anything. if you are lucky, the strategy does not change inbetween.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
there are not many people who are old. at the same time not many from whom you can learn something.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
on first come, first served basis. if you join now, it is most likely too late to go up the ladder. only very specific job related trainings are offered that you cannot transfer somewhere else.
