As our organization grows, more and more people are joining. In my environment, I see a very respectful and, above all, appreciative atmosphere. Discussions and conflicts are handled at eye level and resolved in a way that ensures a good outcome based on the best intentions.
Kommunikation
Communication has many facets, and in a fast-growing company, it’s always a challenge. Finding the right balance between under- and over-communication is key. I believe there is always room for improvement, but I’m really impressed by the transparency and feedback culture we are building and shaping together.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible trust-based working hours and full remote set-up. As a father, I find it particularly supportive. eduki also offers sessions with psychologists that you can book and use during working hours via the partner platform OpenUp

eduki reviews all salary bands every year, using external benchmarks and partnering with a provider that grants access to validated real-time salary data. Based on this, eduki offers a compensation package that includes a fixed salary and VSOP
