Open-minded and friendly, the Team is helpful and supportive across departments. Management listens to ideas and cares about our wellbeing.

In general quite transparent. Potential issues are adressed, successes are communicated. They really make an effort to include us in important stuff and listen to what we have to say.

I perceive it as very good. The departments support each other across the company and exchange is appreciated. Everyone is helpful and there is always room for a laugh ;)
Work-Life-Balance
I feel we are taken care of a lot. There are stressful phases where stuff has to happen but the managers recognize them and try to compensate them.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I can only speak for my team where I am very happy with my Manager who creates an atmosphere of trust and participation. In general, the leadership Team is friendly and approachable and a modern leadership style is appreciated.
Interessante Aufgaben
We work in an industry where we can really make a change. There is a lot going on as we work internationally and there are always new developments we have to consider. Definitely interesting!
Gleichberechtigung
A lot of women work in the company, also in leadership positions. I am sure that discriminating behaviour would not be accepted.

We have quite a mixed age structure. The older colleagues' experience is appreciated just as the opinions of the younger stuff.

It is a functional office space but usually modern equipment and if you need something, managers are open to discuss it.

I Think we could so some more, but in general we try to save resources and try to act responsible.

External measures have to be discussed individually, but are always possible. There are possibilties to educate yourself internally and you get the time to do so. People move up within the Organisation and get promotions.
