Although I am all but a fan of corporate culture, I am bound to state that F&P feels like a family.

It is objectively hard to assure smooth and timely communication in a fast-growing start-up. Many steps have been undertaken in the last couple of years to make internal processes more structured. Communication is constantly improving, keep doing it like that!

I never had to work extra hours in my department. F&P has a quite generous holiday policy!

The founders of the company have very strong morals, they care quite a lot about the people. They committed to not lay off any employee due to corona and they kept that promise. Germany needs more entrepreneurs in the best sense of this world like them!
