The management sells customers products as "functional" and "running".
Most of that is complete make believe since the engineers are chronically overloaded with at least 5-6 parallel projects and haven't even started work on the products in question.
The management style in general is very misleading and not honest towards its employees.
Very high fluctuation rate among the employees, most of the innovation stems from students who work there part-time.
Most of their media image (including the reviews on pages like this) are complete bogus and make-believe.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
A fair salary and a fair treatment of students and entry level professionals would be a start.
Don't treat them as cheap temp workers.
