How was my 4 weeks internship in HSD.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In my point of view, being in HSD, fosters you to be Innovative, where in the field I worked (IT programming), the atmospher pushes you to have new ideas and think out of the box. I was always welcomed by any employer from different fields for any questions, moreover all employers are supportive where they provide help and encourge to do my best and relay on yourself. Furthermore when it it comes to offices in the company everything is provided to you.
Kommunikation
Since Communication is one of the main aspects that should be taken into consideration in any company , in HSD all criterias according to this point is being applied, where in any meeting when someone is speaking everyone is listeniong to them and having note for any annotations, moreover we were able to share our mistakes togather and find a solution for it. I as an internship employee with my middle German language, while communicating with other employees I am able now to speak German more fluently, and that was by the positive affection by the employees.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Between any group of employee which are related to the same field you will for sure find a synergy which means all the team combine their efforts to have a rigid output from their work, in addition I found the sense of friendship between employees. Its not always pressure and stress in break time you can gather with them and talk about different topics.
Work-Life-Balance
well, the working hours per week is within the range for any person who works full-time, there is no pressure since there is a break time that you can have something to eat and to drink, as long as your tasks is being achived
Vorgesetztenverhalten
employees here are collaborative, even if any of them have stress or pressure, it wont reach to a bad situation since as i said before you can find that HSD is one Family
Interessante Aufgaben
As an internship, I felt like I am a normal employee where everyday I have tasks to accomplish, and the tasks i had delved me to real life work and shows you that what you work for have at the end a good result that can be discussed with the team with their support, yet not any company can achieve this.
Gleichberechtigung
everyone in the company has his rights, I didnt find any difference between any employee wehn it comes either to experience or age, they all deal each other the same way ( Man and Woman).
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
From what I saw old workers with good experience that meets the company criterias and circumstances are welcomed, HSD have employees which are good experienced.
Arbeitsbedingungen
the working conditions meets the requirments to achive your job tasks, with a new furniture and good chairs, tables and monitors. the rooms are big where its easy to exit and enter the rooms. lightings in the room are good and when it comes to medical side they wont affect your eyes while working on the computer.
