Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Work at one's own pace.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A bit unstructured in certain aspects, but it's a medium-sized company we're talking about, so it's ok.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Some offers to co-pay (partially pay) for courses to better oneself at skills (which may even greatly benefit the company) would be nice.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Quite relaxing to be honest. Coffee machine makes tasty coffee (for free!!!). And no one forces you to do anything. You have your tasks, and as long as the tasks are resolved, all is good.

Kommunikation

In my department, very good. But it can seem hectic sometimes in other departments (who does what, what has to be pre-planned and concern which other departments, etc.).

Kollegenzusammenhalt

5 stars is an understatement. The department, and the company in general, changed how i perceive a work environment. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help you, even going as far as trying their best to speak in English so that you can understand their answers on your questions. There's no politics between colleagues (or I am too stupid auf Deutsch to understand the politis ;-D ).

Work-Life-Balance

Many Urlaubtage (thereotically cover 1 month), even for trainees and working students. But sometimes there's an emergency and I'm called/contacted even in my vacation / in the weekend.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

They're very nice.

Interessante Aufgaben

Absolutely. Only medium-sized company but many interesting tasks / projects to be freely chosen from the ToDo list.

Gleichberechtigung

No discrimination whatsoever.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Many colleagues are practically there since company's foundation, I mean they're not that old (heck sometimes I find myself seem even less energetic and active than them), but yeah they're much respected.

Arbeitsbedingungen

I have seen some bad reviews from some ex-colleagues about terrible working condition, citing "uncomfortable chairs" and "ancient 20-years-old IKEA tables". Well say no more. The company has just recently bought a bunch of ergonomic chairs and fancy height-adjustable tables (I don't even use that function, but well fancy nevertheless). Well yeah some equipments are old, but I've seen to many old devices and equipments still being in use everywhere in Germany that I'm not surprised anymore. Must be a German thing for Nachhaltigkeit and a sustainable lifetstyle.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

should be average I honestly don't know. Seperated trash cans, employees (and managers) attend charity events, parties are self-hosted. I personally find the company pretty umweltfreundlich.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Not the best but also not the worst (also from speaking with colleagues). I don't know the full details, but I find the salary on the better side for entry positions.

Image

Depends... Some employees really really love the company, some leave after a few months (sometimes weeks) at work. Personally I wouldn't mind working in this company for a long period of time.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is no official "course" offered, or offer to pay for you learning new skills etc. But I'm learning quite much by myself, with some very helpful wisdoms from colleagues, and Mr. Google and Mr. ChatGPT.
