I think: The management that does not (want to) see what needs to change. And if so they cannot decide on anything. Output first.
The as-called new reality out of the comfort zone reveals and amplifies the strained work environment and further reduces morale.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
High work pressure and struggling mode of operation is causing lots of frustration. Management is detached from how employees feel, focussing on their own success. Company values exist - on paper.
Kommunikation
Everything directed by the divisional HQ. Local management executes what they've been told. Need to have luck to be on the right distribution list to know whats really going on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mostly good within teams, but lots of silo thinking between teams.
Work-Life-Balance
Home office options are good. Some employees do their 9-to-5 routine, while others keep the engine running with extra commitments.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mostly embarrassing. Micro management often does not allow for individual growth. Many committed and engaged employees have quit or got kicked out. Blame game is popular.
Interessante Aufgaben
Good products, high tech. Need to have high frustration tolerance and go the extra-mile to trigger improvements.

Some corporate activities give a modern glance, but no sense for environmental topics on site.
