Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- not interested at all in permanent workers
- do not provide any social benefits such as BVG, discounts etc, nothing at all, even basic equipment such as laptop stands
- have a tendency to hire people 6 months before the event, so people have 6 months of Probation time and work hard and prepare for the event. On last day of probation, people are fired without any specific reason.
- poor communication between team leads and workers, almost non existent
- pay in my case was decent but the scheme of working for only 6 months is not worth it
