I had no problem balancing my personal and professional life.
I was able to take my days off whenever I wanted. And having many interviews to do during my internship for my studies, my employers always allowed me to do them, even if it was on my working hours.

My employers set the objectives, but they have always listened to me if I have a proposal or comment. They listen to their employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
The advantage of my internship is that I very quickly had responsibilities. My employers trust me and assign me different tasks, but they let me organize myself as I wish, which allows me to be autonomous. I learned a lot from this internship.
