Dear colleague,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your experience in ISCC. We regret to hear that you had a disappointing experience in the company. We strive to provide an excellent working environment that provides every employee with flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Since your feedback, we have made some changes regarding our flexibility options such as the 4-week remote benefit now being available after the probation period instead of after one year of employment. There are also several training opportunities within the company to encourage all colleagues to improve their skills. This is based on the joint understanding and responsibility on both sides to express this need in line with their individual development plan with their supervisor.

We will continue to work on expanding our offers so we can deliver an even better career and learning opportunities for everyone!
