Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-it has its company-own disposition (even if some bad ones work there too)
-sometimes you drive "middle-long" distances (600-800km)
-you get a car for go shopping if you are on company-ground
-there is a pause-room with shower on company-ground
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-some unfriendly disposition with not knowing details in specific-cases but want to be "the best and god-known"-one, just a very badand unfriendly attitude
-bad and damaged trailers, which are just be changed with other drivers if something isnt right with it to "SOLVE THE PROBLEM" (just do it now!!!)
-work/life-balance is really bad!!!
-respect about sleeping-time is really bad!!!
-attention about "drivers problems" are really bad!!!
-the oversight of organisation (next order) is sometimes bad, known load/unloading-stations should be known better (waiting time, unloading-numbers, special-paper, special-"things" should be known)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
-one person should be there for the drivers day and night (24hours) and be able/allowed to speak important descisions and to organize things on pc and to be able to reach the boss all the time
-there must be better trucks and, most important: better working trailers!
- work/life-balance must be a way better, stealing every possible hour of the drivers time, until every minute doesnt result in any good
-constant-ignoring of the drivers freetime and the drivers important "life-happens" is a bad attitude and company-politics
-respect freetime and much more important: respect sleeping!
-playing with the drivers-rights could be funny for you as a boss at one moment but will be recognized for sure for long-therm

minimal sleeping, disturbing while sleeping (by phone or because you have to wait on other driver to change your trailer)

GPS is watching you all the time on their monitor live and record,
calls you by phone, why are you stopping, where are you driving, why are you pausing?
seems to be nice but controls every minute what you are doing to push you!
no good trucks, trailers are very damaged and sometimes didnt work after change
if you need attention on any things (private or work) even on important things, they seem to listen but nothing will happen, over and over again, very dissapointing.

technical good, most are nice on phone, some are not
cant handle problems, just let all run as it is until it dont move anymore

if your trailer is damaged and dont work good anymore, they let you change it with other drivers, maybe one will repair it, as a driver you also know this

seem to be nice and tries to be this all the time, but ignores even important things. Ignores your plannend freetime.
If they have closed at 17:00 o clock you have to handle problems by yourself, nobody there!

trucks are not good everytime if they have to be, trailers are sometimes really bad
nobody care about different loads it destroys the walking floor very fast but you have to work with it until it dont work anymore

trucks are light, so it can load more tons (maybe 1-2 tons more)
but that means its more unconvertable for the driver. You have to switch on/off the oel-pump manually and watch the oel-stand (its only 5 liter oel-pump, not a professional 200 liter one). your hands are dirty of oel everytime

could be higher than on other companies but you have A LOT more working hours all in all too!

its a relativ big company, has its own disposition which is a positive sign. There are 2-3 known very bad and unfriendly disposition
many have problems with Jantschitsch because the driver dont speak german or english,
some have problems because the trucks stand and block on companies ground (driver waiting for new order) as you have to as a driver, thats bad organized

they teach and organizes your driverlicence-date, they organizes when you have to do,
they even pay it, but you have to do it in your "holiday-freetime"
