We are currently looking for a Product Manager for Customer Analytics.

Conditions:

95% capacity
100% Remote

The tasks include:

Customer discovery (connecting with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs)
Researching solutions to address customer needs with the engineering teams;
Feature preparation and refinement;
Feature backlog maintenance and prioritisation;
Support of the engineering team during the development process (feature refinement);
Release review and validation (including data validation);
Preparation of enablement assets and release notes for customers;
Delivering Enablement webinars for customers using our customer analytics platform
Release communication – release notes, FAQs, showcasing new product releases on our review calls.

Anforderungen:

MUST:

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, including its interface, data management, and essential terminology. Deep understanding of SAP HANA, including its architecture, data management, and integration capabilities
Business Intelligence and Analytics: Proficiency in business intelligence, enterprise planning, and predictive analytics
Cloud mindset with experience in cloud environments and technologies.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Understanding AI and machine learning technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making
Excellent English language skills

Nice-to-have:

Proficiency in German and Portuguese (plus).
