Our customer is an internationally successful manufacturer of stylish and modern patio covers, sun protection and storage. The products are sold in Germany and other European countries via construction and specialist stores.

For our customer we are searching the

International Product Launch Manager -Sales DIY - garden storage (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for product launches in the euorpean DIY Industire ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Responsible for all sales activities as „a lone fighter“ in an established company in the DIY industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain, to drive commercial success and meet business objectives.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target market expectations.
Develop and implement new standard processes and project management tools to increase efficiency and improve team performance for the new product line

Your profile

Proven track record of successfully launching products with tight deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

At least 7 years of professional experience in DIY sales

Extensive experience in the hardware store industry

Experience in the garden furniture oder storage sector is a great advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Self-motivated, independent, analytical individual who strives for excellence in project execution.

Fluent communication in English and German.
