Technically guiding and qualifying suppliers of Form Coils, Metallic parts and relevant interface products
Creating and implementating of a best practice to meet the Enercon quality requirements , policies, processes and procedures
Initiate and support category management for Supplier selection and qualification by using benchmark methods and previous lessons learnt
Qualifying the products through APQP/PPAP methodologies
Development of approved suppliers through supplier specific action plans based on on-site reviews and periodic assessment
Periodic quality review of designated category and strategic target agreements
Serial supplier integration with focus on minimizing supply risk and reduction of CoPQ

Your Skills

Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
Ability to coordinate variety of cross-functional team members
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Expertise in continuous improvement tools such as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and root cause analysis methods

Your Qualifications

Degree in business administration, engineering or similar
Expertise and work experience, preferably in wind/energy industry and Generator assemblies
Experience in developing new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and be the conduit between procurement and supplier
Able to work on multiple phases, sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results affecting project completion
Willingness to travel
Good Communication skill - English skills and German added advantage
Able to work in Matrix organisation with multi culture team
