Executive Chef (gn), Kitchen Operations Lead
As an Executive Chef / Kitchen Operations Lead, you are responsible for:
- Hiring, training, and leading a team of kitchen managers
- Building, developing, and managing robust and scalable kitchen operations
- Operational management of kitchen operations projects
- Creating a motivating and safe workplace
- Communicating Huuva OS feature requests and feedback
This is what you bring to your work with:
- Completed IHK vocational training as a chef
- Several years of leadership experience in managing a challenging and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of task-related workflows, rules and guidelines
- Punctuality, reliability and team spirit
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
