Study Coach (m/w/d)

Strengthen our Study Coaching Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Study Coach (m/f/d) 100% remotely across Germany.

Your tasks

• You will support our international students through engaging telephone and video coaching sessions, helping them with study entry, learning strategies, time management, stress management, and maintaining study motivation.

• You will leverage the feedback and insights you receive from students to generate innovative ideas for enhancing our products, services, and internal processes.

• You will organize events focused on study entry, learning strategies, time management, stress management, and motivation.

• You will collaborate closely with other departments to address student concerns in the most customer-friendly manner possible.

• You will maintain a 'customer first' mindset, ensuring that all future developments are always approached from the customer's perspective.
  

Your Profile

• You have coaching education & experience, additionally a strong service orientation.

• You are a native English speaker & have German skills on min. B2-Level.

• You have proven experience in providing telephone and video support to coachees and are prepared to spend 75% of your time on the phone.

• You enjoy working on a variety of projects, quickly grasp new ideas, and have a structured approach to your work.
