How You’ll Make an Impact - Analysis of global Sustainability related regulations
- Understanding of existing Siemens Energy Management Systems for Sustainability in the supply chain
- Definition of all necessary Procurement related measures to comply with laws and regulations
- Develop a roadmap for adaption of existing or implementation of new processes
- Develop and conduct sustainability training for employees and suppliers
- Contribute to Siemens Energy Sustainability Reporting and Ratings
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, logistics, engineering, mechanical/electrical production or supply chain or equivalent experience
- Proven advanced procurement process and project management knowledge as well as experience with implementation of sustainability related regulation requirements
- Basic legal skills as well as advanced leadership experience and networking skills
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience in Sustainability topics (ESG)
