Energize Group, a prominent SAP recruitment company in Germany, is excited to collaborate with a leading company based in Stuttgart. We are currently seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the optimization of human capital management processes for a renowned company in their industry.

Position Overview:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support the human capital management needs of the organization. Working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams, you will gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SuccessFactors modules to streamline HR processes, improve employee engagement, and drive business success.

Tasks

· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand employee data management requirements and challenges.

· Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, focusing on modules such as Employee Central Core HR, Organizational Management, and Employee Data Management.

· Configure and customize Employee Central functionalities to meet business needs, including employee data maintenance, organizational structure setup, and data validation rules.

· Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.

· Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

· Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate Employee Central with other systems and data sources.

· Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Employee Central solutions.

· Perform system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations and maintenance.

Profile

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with expertise in Employee Central modules and functionalities.

· Strong understanding of employee data management processes, including employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and data governance.

· Experience with Employee Central configuration, customization, and integration.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

· Fluency in German and English is required.
